Time travel
So I hope you enjoyed our little bit of time travel. Sorry to give it all to you at once, but WI-FI service was too expensive. Decided to save money and just bog when I got home.

Big Bay Boom
They....not sure who they are...dub the Big Bay Boom, the biggest show west of the Mississippi.
It was pretty amazing. Four sets of fireworks over the bay at the same time. It was a sight to see.
it was all over in 17 minutes, but wow!

Out for a ride

Drove to Coronado to visit the haunted hotel. It was too busy to explore. Parking was a very sought commodity.
Instead we drove to La Jolla. It was amazing watching the harbor seals and Sea lions playing in the water and sunning themselves on the rocks.

Sea World

Decided to go to Sea World today. The dolphin show was amazing.
We had been to the Sea World in Orland, but had never done the simulated ride of the Wild Arctic... we did this time, very cool.
San Diego Zoo

Spent the day at the San Diego Zoo. Saw a lot of cool animals. I was happy to see that they are starting to convert many of the exhibits to more natural environments. Last time we visited many of the animals were in cages.
Balboa Park Day 2

We went back to Balboa Park, busy day of museums and the botanical garden. We explored the Mingei International Museum, Museum of Photography (Ansel Adams Special exhibit), San Diego Model Railroad Museum, Timken Museum of Art, San Diego Museum of Art, and San Diego Natural History Museum.
I’ve been trying for a few years to go to Body Worlds. I saw a new segment on it when it was in Philadelphia. I had a chance to see it when we were in Las Vegas, but Ashleigh and I chose to see the Titanic exhibit instead.
The Natural museum had it on display. This was a very interesting and disturbing exhibit.

Balboa Park

Went to Balboa Park. Many of the museums are closed on Monday, but we got the passport with allows you to visit all the museums with in a seven day period. It starts from the first day you use the pass.
We visited Ruben Fleets Science center and the Museum of Man. I loved the special Mayan exhibit.
We're back and now I'll take you back in time
